Rite Ventures invests in Muxlim

Rite Ventures invests in Muxlim.com, the world´s largest online community providing online experiences to enhance the Muslim Lifestyle. The investment took place together with Finnish business angels.

The company was founded in Finland by Mohamed El-Fatatry and Pietari Päivänen with the aim of providing a Muslim alternative to Yahoo, Youtube & Facebook. Muxlim.com currently enjoys more than 2 million visitors a month from over 190 countries.

In March 2008 the company was chosen as a finalist for the Red Herring 100, a conference dedicated to discovering and advocating the most promising European tech start-ups.
